My interest in architecture has also led me to the shapes, styles and elegance of staircases. Staircases, steps and stairs are an integral part of all buildings and many architects use this to their advantage. In some cases an ordinary building could house a beautiful winding gem. In other cases it is a key part of the building design concept. Staircases can look very minimal and abstract with a 'swoosh' of elegance. They are always worth checking out, wherever you are. You never know what you might find, old or new. Remember to look inside.
