The brief was to design a simple poster for the Easter Sunday service and Communion Breakfast at a local church.

- Make the design eye catching (it will be also exhibited on the street)
- Use a religious reference of Easter
As Easter is close to Mother's day in the church calendar I decided to use a similar hand painted background to the one for Mothering Sunday. As Easter Sunday is described as a day of celebration in the bible ("Christ is risen") I kept the colours bright and vibrant reflecting the biblical descriptions of the resurrection.
