The brief was to design a simple double sided flier for a local church for Christmas.

Christmas in the church is about the wonder of the birth of the baby Jesus. I decided to explore the colours, light and sparkle to convey the 'special wonder, magic and excitement' of this. I chose one of my photographs of city bokeh as the design base. The design incorporates, on client request, their branding and also an illustrative form of the religious 'Star of Bethlehem'.
